Sarah Halpin learned the art of pasta making then feasted on a menu inspired by the black Iranian lemon, the inspiration for the Hermes new scent.
Skye’s menu included Ravioli with Ricotta and Black Iranian lemon, roast poussin, burrata with preserved lemons and thyme, green asparagus, quail eggs with smoked black lime salt and radishes with butter. Like the fragrance, it was absolutely ravishing!
